Yoga with Chris is gentle yoga to ease your pain. I teach gentle yoga at Yoga Point in Brixton, central London and Streatham Hill. I also run yoga and meditation holidays and retreats in the UK and Europe. And I produce yoga and relaxation CDs that you can buy on this stall.
The yoga I teach is about finding ways to relax and truly let go. It's about developing core strength and ease of movement, whatever your age or level of fitness. And it's about trying to accept yourself for who your are and to stop competing or worrying what other people think.
In my yoga I am looking for balance in my body and my life and learning to love the true self inside me – not the ego that masquerades as me! By going along this journey I hope I am becoming more loving, open and able to love the people and world around me. Yoga introduces a little space into a busy and sometimes anxious life, and I've found it's possible in that space to quieten down, reflect and find inspiration.

Stall Policies
Your stall policies should cover your delivery, cancellation and refund policies. Please note that this should be compliant with Distance Selling Regulations. The key provisions in the regulations are that delivery should be within 30 days of the order being made, buyers have 7 days to cancel the order (this does not generally apply to fresh foods and items that are made to order), if an order is cancelled you must refund the money within 30 days. If your goods are faulty in any way, you must offer a full refund including delivery costs.
