Four New Embrace bite size workshops photo editing workshops

£15 per workshop or £45 for all 4 workshops

All workshops will take place on Sunday, 28th August 2011.

Series of bite size sessions looking at how to edit digital photos using Adobe Photoshop. In this series of workshops we will concentrate on the most common Adobe Photoshop questions. You can pick up individual sessions or come along to them all.

The workshop is suitable for the following software Adobe Photoshop Elements; CS1, CS2, CS3, CS4 & CS5. You can bring your own computer or use one of ours.

Layers: 10:00am -11:00am

Layers are one of the most underused tools available in photoshop. Without them many pictures wouldn't be possible. We will look at how to use them to their fullest potential and create some impressive effects with them.

Black and white: 11:30am -12:30pm

This session will look at getting the most out of your black and white photography, from camera to final image.

Panoramas: 1:30pm – 2:30pm

Can you not get all of the landscape in you wanted. With a combination of camera and software tips you'll soon be able to get the whole view in. Starting with the best images to use through to some software tricks to really broaden your perspective.

Optimising images for the web: 3pm - 4pm

Are you disappointed with how your images come out on the internet? We'll look at some ways to ensure your images always look their best online, from re-sizing to choosing the right file format. Learn how to create amazing images for the internet, social networking sites (Facebook, Myspace etc) and blog websites (Wordpress, Blogger, etc).
