At the moment, I'm just having fun, being inspired by gorgeous things I have found to work with and turning them into even more gorgeous things. But I love to explore - travel, ideas, experiences & time - and of course that applies to things I make, so some pretty wild accessories are going to be on my stall soon!

Inspiration is everywhere, & though you'll see influences from my travels (...souks of Damascus, wild colours of India, arctic fossils of Svalbard, Navajo stalls in Monument Valley... mmm) I get as many ideas from the treasures of the British Museum or the treasures of Brixton Market - I'm a Londoner, born on Hyde Park Corner, and Brixton has been home for all my adult life: its variety & vibrancy is at the heart of all my creations.

I'm particularly attracted to traditional materials, like feathers, leathers, wood, silk, stone, metals & glass, but since I enjoy recycling/reworking materials and found objects, you'll see stuff on my stall made of all sorts of old junk ;). !

I've loved making things since I was a child, and studied at Central St Martins & Camberwell art colleges in the 90s. Gifts of my making are spread all over the globe, but this is the first time I have made work to sell.
