This is a recipe Ian invented. Long red peppers are slow roasted with plenty of garlic, fresh chili and thyme to make this modestly spicy and very tasty ketchup. Use just like tomato Ketchup. I love it with eggs and mushrooms on toast.

Once open this needs refrigeration, but it has been heat processed so it will last for a year before opening.
