These chairs were looking rather sorry for themselves all spattered in paint when I found them, but now you can see the elegant design of these chairs. One chair has a very slight wobble, but otherwise they are in good condition. They can be bought as a pair, or individually. A piece of framed 'wall art' of the fabric can also be included in the sale.

Found: Outside a library

Work done: Sanded, old cushion fabric removed. White primer and undercoat. Grey colour wash. New fabric attached to seat

Materials used:
- Harlequin Romanie Collection ‘Olena’ fabric
- fire retardant interliner fabric.
- Ecos paints (water based,VOC free, solvent free, animal products free)

Time taken: 9 hours per chair
Approx material costs: £17

Delivery: It is best if you pick up the furniture yourself, however if this is not possible I may be able to negotiate a meeting point or delivery with you.

Care: As these are water based and solvent free paints, please mop up and dry any spillages immediately. If you knock into the furniture the paint may chip, however as these have a bit of a shabby chic look about them I don’t think that matters too much!
