A buttery shortbread topped with a thick caramel layer covered in dark, milk and white chocolate which is swirled to give a very beautiful marble effect.
The shortbread will come to you in an aluminium foil tray as a whole tray bake measuring 32cm by 24cm. From this you can cut approximately 15 squares.
