Please state rounded or pointed petals plus colour pref. with your order in the paypal checkout area - I don't accept credit cards at this stage. BACS ad cheque are great too!

For hanging: each pom is supplied tied with 3mm white organza ribbon. I do send out mono-filament if requested too. (I'm not a huge fan of this wire as it can cause harm to wildlife if it is not disposed of properly, so please be sure to cut the filament into small pieces after use!! )

Please allow up to 10 days for your poms to be delivered
- If you have a SPECIFIC date i.e a wedding or a party....please email me as soon as you can with your date or call me 07947 308 325.

Please note the10 day lead time needed to make up poms at the moment. I make these beautiful tissue paper flowers by hand - they are made of up to 80% recycled tissue paper and have no plastic or unnecessary packaging and are 100% recyclable too.After use it is possible to de-furl them somewhat and save them for another occasion - I've found a little help from the hot press/iron helps!

No refunds are accepted - sorry! Unless I have made a pom up in the wrong colour i.e. if a sample swatch has been sent to you prior to your order and you have agreed this particular colour with me - if I then send you a pom in an incorrect colourway - I will then send out replacements.

Customers are responsible for paying for returns postage

We are able to produce 1-20,000 poms here in the UK for any spaces. As we did for Garden Centre Group, Gap and La Senza
The quality of the paperpoms stays the same whether you have ordered 10 or 10,000 poms.
Paperpoms UK offer Competitive prices and incredible quality . Paperpoms that have flooded the market are made in the Far East - which are all made by machine. Most english suppliers sell these on to you - very cheaply - but beware -you do get what you pay for.

Safety first - Do not place the poms anywhere near children's cots or beds unless the hanging ribbon yarn or filament had been removed, as this can be very dangerous. Do not let children play with the poms unsupervised. Do not use near naked flames.
