I grow willow in Somerset and make things out of it, and I grow green roof starter packs with hardy succulent plants, I also have sculptures and vintage homewares. Never a dull moment at Naughty Magpies.
Stall Policies
Your stall policies should cover your delivery, cancellation and refund policies. Please note that this should be compliant with Distance Selling Regulations. The key provisions in the regulations are that delivery should be within 30 days of the order being made, buyers have 7 days to cancel the order (this does not generally apply to fresh foods and items that are made to order), if an order is cancelled you must refund the money within 30 days. If your goods are faulty in any way, you must offer a full refund including delivery costs.
