Stall Policies

I accept payment by PayPal. You do not have to have a Payal account to pay in this way. You can use either a credit or a debit card.

I will arrange for you to receive your goods as soon as possible. Keeping with the Makerhood spirit, it would be beneficial to give you your purchase in a public place like The Ritzy in Brixton, Cafe Provencal in Herne Hill or the Sun and Doves in Camberwell. You can also request Royal Mail delivery if preferred. There may be occasions when that method is the easiest for both of us.

Once you receive the goods, if you change your mind, you have seven days to cancel and request a refund. You must do this by email. If you decide to cancel, you must return the goods and cover the costs of return delivery. You will receive a refund of the total amount you paid for the goods, including delivery charges, within 30 days.

If you request an item to be made to order, you cannot cancel.

Refunds: If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
