Payment
Payment by paypal is easiest and you can use your credit or debit card there too. However if you prefer to pay by cheque please just let me know.
If payment is not completed and I have not heard from you within 3 days of purchase I will consider it a canceled transaction. If you have a special situation just keep in contact with me so I don't re-list the item.

Shipping

Items will be shipped 1-3 days after I have been notified of receipt of payment by PayPal.
Alternatively, you can pick up your item within the London area. Please call or email me to arrange a convenient time.
Delivery of painting commissions will be made up to 30 days after the painting has been completed.

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope that you are happy with your purchase but please contact me if there is a problem. Please ask questions if you require more information.
If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied I will happily provide a refund (minus the shipping charges) within around 7 days providing that the item is in a good, unused condition.
Painting commissions can be cancelled in the underpainting stage.
