Hi everyone
Streatham are hosting their food festival this Saturday, all local people taking part. I have a stall in Gracefield Gardens and I will also be running a decorate your own cupcake workshop for kids ;-) this is at 11:30 and 14:30.

Should be a lovely day too, weather wise.

Anyone entering the Great Brixton Bake-Off on 28 April? I can think of a few Makerhood bakers who would be in with a good chance of winning!

The event is being organised by the Brixton Market Traders Federation - so this could probably go in the Brixton Market Hood as well.

My partner and I switched things around this week. I usually do the shopping and cooking for us but I've had a lot on with the Market and orders so I asked Lukasz to give me a bit of a break this week. He isn't a great cook as such (just because he is out of practise) but he can do what he knows and I ate it all! It's been lovely to relax and now I feel really inspired to cook this weekend.

Going to have some homemade pizzas with roasted vegetables (Roasted with sherry vinegar and pesto). A homemade healthier version of a fry up tomorrow morning (even bought some hash browns). I also plan to do a bit of cake experimenting, the jar of nutella I have in the cupboard is just calling to be used in something!

This weekend = VERY happy tummy.

Any food plans for you?
