For those curious about how to live holistically in London.

At Holistic London, we are curious about how to live a balanced and holistic life in the big city. Are you? If so, Holistic London is the place for you. To stay balanced, I try meditation, walking in the park, watching lots of comedy and avoiding the rush hour (when I can). Sometimes you can find balance and then suddenly it's lost again! We'd love to hear how people manage to find serenity in London, if they manage it and what makes it possible. If you are curious about all things holistic in the city, this is the place for you. Share tips about something that inspired you to find some, laughter or creativity or inner-space in the big smoke. Ask the community questions about soothing food, inspiring treatments or your happiest places in London.

Choosing an area of your life to focus on for self-development
Exploring Setting, planning, reviewing and achieving goals.
Motivation, , team work, CVs, learning and improvement,
To gain the certificate you'll need to reflect on the changes you are making & complete a small amount of written work in the class.

Two of the following areas will be covered too (depending on participants needs):
