Oh wow, that's very impressive. I tried that last year, but somehow the actual radishes didn't appear - only lots of greenery. Am I missing a trick do you think?

I had that last year with purple sprouting broccoli -- jungle-like greenery and no sprouting bits. I think it's because the soil was too rich with compost, so this year I've planted the broccoli seeds in poorer soil and moved the strawberry plants to the richer soil. But if anyone has any other ideas why.......
