Stall Policies

Your stall policies should cover your delivery, cancellation and refund policies. Please note that this should be compliant with Distance Selling Regulations. The key provisions in the regulations are that delivery should be within 30 days of the order being made, buyers have 7 days to cancel the order (this does not generally apply to fresh foods and items that are made to order), if an order is cancelled you must refund the money within 30 days. If your goods are faulty in any way, you must offer a full refund including delivery costs.

Delivery will be within 30 days of the photo being ordered
7 days to cancel order if you change your mind and all money refunded
Full refund if not delighted,or if delivered damaged.
