Payment ...
Can be done through paypal. You don't need to have a paypal account as you can also use either a credit or a debit card.

Order times and delivery ...
When I have received your order I aim to deliver it as soon as possible. This can in rare circumstances take up to 21 days, but should be much much sooner!
I will keep you informed on expected delivery time. I also offer to meet you at locations around the Brixton/Herne Hill/Clapham/Camberwell area so please let me know if you prefer this when ordering. Delivery by post is charged at £2.00 per item.

Cancellation ...
Changed your mind? No problem. You can change your mind within 7 days of making an order of items in stock and your money + potential delivery cost will be refunded to you in full. Items that are made to order you have 48 hrs to change your mind after which no cancellation is offered.

Problems ...
Oh dear! Don't fret! In the unlikely but not 100% avoidable case that problems should happen - for any reason e.g. I cannot meet your order I will offer a full and prompt refund including any delivery charges. Please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your package for a full refund should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase.
