Crafty Monster is a cross stitch homewares and design company. It is the brainchild of 27 year old Charlotte Brown. She has been cross stitching for nearly 20 years, ever since she could hold a needle and comes from a very creative background. The organisation was born in 2008 with the vision to re-design cross stitch. It was a way to combine Charlotte's two loves of design - particularly in jewellery and interirors - and quirky cross stitch.

Most items are one-of-a-kind and all are made with high quality materials and with love.
Stall Policies
Your stall policies should cover your delivery, cancellation and refund policies. Please note that this should be compliant with Distance Selling Regulations. The key provisions in the regulations are that delivery should be within 30 days of the order being made, buyers have 7 days to cancel the order (this does not generally apply to fresh foods and items that are made to order), if an order is cancelled you must refund the money within 30 days. If your goods are faulty in any way, you must offer a full refund including delivery costs.
