Stall Policies

Your stall policies should cover your delivery, cancellation and refund policies. Please note that this should be compliant with Distance Selling Regulations. The key provisions in the regulations are that delivery should be within 30 days of the order being made, buyers have 7 days to cancel the order (this does not generally apply to fresh foods and items that are made to order), if an order is cancelled you must refund the money within 30 days. If your goods are faulty in any way, you must offer a full refund including delivery costs.

Thanks for your interest in the stockings. I have 3 left and was planning to take them to a market in Brixton Village tomorrow and Sunday. I can reserve 2 for you until 2 pm. I need to then put them up for sale as its my last market for the year and want to get rid of my stock. Either you can pick them up from the market or I'll save them for you as I also live in SW2.
